CURTAINS has been named an official selection for the 4th annual Cordillera International Film Festival. The film will screen on Saturday, July 27, as the penultimate film of Short Film Program #7, a nine-film block billed by the festival as “a delightful blend of comedy, drama and a few surprises in between.”
Located in Reno-Tahoe at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, Cordillera screens all official selections at a top of the line venue: the Galaxy Luxury+ IMAX Theater Complex in Sparks.
CURTAINS faced stiff competition make this year’s cut: CIFF received more than 800 entries from 78 countries for 2019. More than 80 filmmakers, screenwriters and panelists from around the globe are traveling to Reno for the festival. The Hoovers will be in the house.
Oscar-, Emmy- and Tony-award winning talent will be sharing their films and screenplays from Sundance, Tribeca, Palm Springs, SXSW and Cannes featuring stars like Marisa Tomei, Olympia Dukakis, Minnie Driver, Dominic West and Alec Baldwin.
